About Me

Runner, sysadmin and programmer. I break things in my home lab so you don't have to — then film it and write it up.

Hi, I'm Kevin "EverGreen" Stevenson. Runner, sysadmin, programmer — and the person behind TheEverGreen.Me.This site is my personal creator hub for DIY tech and running content: home lab build guides, network configs, gear notes and training logs. It's the written companion to my YouTube channel, @phasedlogix, where I post DIY IT and home lab tutorials.

The Day Job

I'm a Cyber-AB Registered Practitioner and founder of PhasedLogix, helping defense contractors and DoD subcontractors in the St. Louis area achieve CMMC Level 2 compliance. With 17 years running a managed IT practice and over 20 years supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing environments, I bring both the compliance knowledge and hands-on technical expertise to guide organizations through the entire CMMC journey — from gap assessment through remediation and pre-assessment preparation.

The Home Lab

The same skills that pay the bills also power my hobbies. My home lab runs Proxmox, TrueNAS and Docker, and most of what I learn gets turned into a video and a write-up here. If I broke it, fixed it, or automated it, it'll probably show up on this site.

Beyond Tech

When I'm not racking servers or writing compliance docs, I'm a runner logging marathon training. The running section of this site grows as the training does. Thanks for stopping by — browse the projects, read the blog, or catch me on YouTube.
